Do you all remember Eskmo? Well he released a wicked good beat heavy s/t album last year but now it seems the San Franciscan has gone on to concentrate on something a bit but luckily not completely different. That being his Welder project. Welder has just released a new album titled Florescence. The new stuff is more percussive and adventurous than Eskmo, and somehow sounds more like the Ninja Tunes material we're used to hearing than Eskmo's album which actually was released on Ninja Tunes. The man (Brendan Angelides) says making the album helped him through a tough period of his life and I can imagine that same would apply to those listening to it.
